3 Data processing
Processing of customer and contract data
We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent that it is necessary for the establishment and execution of the contractual relationship with you. This involves the following categories of personal data: Personal master data (Surname, first name), communication data (e.g. telephone, e-mail), customer history, contract billing and payment data, information data (from third parties, e.g. credit agencies, or from public directories) and behavioral data (purchased products). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, if applicable. The collected customer data will be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.
4 Data processing on our website
4.1 How do we collect your data?
On the one hand, your data is collected by you providing it to us. This can be, for example, data that you enter in a contact form or in a customer account: surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, etc. Other data is collected automatically by our IT systems when you visit the website: IP address. This is mainly technical data (e.g. Internet browser, operating system or time of page view). These data are collected automatically as soon as you enter our website.
4.2 What do we use your data for?
Part of the data is collected to ensure error-free provision of the website. Other data may be used to analyze your user behavior.
4.3 Contact form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provide there (surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number), will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. The processing of the data entered in the contact form is thus based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO, where applicable). You can revoke this consent at any time. For this purpose, a formless communication by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
4.4 Webshop
In order to fulfill the contract, we process the following personal data when you order something from us in the webshop: Surname, first name, address, e-mail address, date of birth, place of residence (mailing address). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, if applicable.
4.5 Google Analytics
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The storage of Google Analytics cookies and the use of this analysis tool are based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO if applicable). We have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. This means that your IP address is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however, please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. You can prevent the collection of your data by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set, which will prevent the collection of your data during future visits to this website: Disable Google Analytics. More information on how Google Analytics handles user data can be found in Google's privacy policy: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de. We have concluded an order processing agreement with Google and fully implement the strict requirements of the data protection authorities when using Google Analytics. This website uses the "demographic characteristics" function of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be generated that contain statements about the age, gender and interests of site visitors. This data comes from interest-based advertising from Google as well as visitor data from third-party providers. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person. You can deactivate this function at any time via the ad settings in your Google account or generally prohibit the collection of your data by Google Analytics as described in the section "Objection to data collection".
4.6 Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a powerful tool that allows you to manage and deploy marketing tags (snippets of code or tracking pixels) on your website or mobile app without having to modify and deploy the code directly. Here are some of its key functions:
Tag Management: GTM enables you to add, edit, and disable tags without needing to touch the source code. This makes it easier to manage tags and reduces the risk of errors.
Triggers: Triggers determine when and where tags are executed. You can set up triggers based on various conditions such as page views, clicks, form submissions, and custom events.
Variables: Variables are used to capture and store information that GTM can use to evaluate triggers and populate tags. They can include built-in variables (like page URL, referrer, etc.) and user-defined variables.
Templates: GTM provides a variety of built-in tag templates for popular marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and more. You can also create custom HTML tags if needed.
Preview and Debug: Before publishing changes, GTM allows you to preview and debug your tags to ensure they work correctly. This helps in identifying and fixing issues before they go live.
Version Control: GTM keeps a history of all changes made to your tags, triggers, and variables. You can easily revert to a previous version if something goes wrong.
User Permissions: GTM allows you to manage user permissions, giving different levels of access to different team members. This ensures that only authorized users can make changes.
Integration with Other Google Products: GTM integrates seamlessly with other Google products like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Firebase, making it easier to manage your digital marketing efforts.
These functions make GTM a versatile and essential tool for marketers and developers looking to streamline their tag management processes and improve their website’s performance and analytics capabilities.
4.7 Google Tag Manager
Page Builder is a tool that allows users to create and design web pages without needing to write code. It provides a user-friendly interface with drag-and-drop functionality, making it accessible for both beginners and experienced developers. Here are some of its key functions:
Drag-and-Drop Interface: Page builders offer a visual interface where you can drag and drop elements (like text, images, buttons, and widgets) onto your page. This makes it easy to design pages without any coding knowledge.
Pre-designed Templates: Many page builders come with a variety of pre-designed templates that you can use as a starting point. These templates are often customizable, allowing you to adjust them to fit your brand and style.
Responsive Design: Page builders typically include tools to ensure your website looks good on all devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones. You can preview and adjust the design for different screen sizes.
Customizable Elements: You can customize various elements on your page, such as fonts, colors, backgrounds, and layouts. This allows you to create a unique look and feel for your website.
Widgets and Add-ons: Page builders often come with a range of widgets and add-ons that add functionality to your site. These can include contact forms, image galleries, sliders, social media buttons, and more.
SEO Tools: Many page builders include built-in SEO tools to help you optimize your site for search engines. This can include features like meta tags, alt text for images, and clean code.
Integration with Other Tools: Page builders often integrate with other tools and services, such as email marketing platforms, e-commerce solutions, and analytics tools. This makes it easier to manage your online presence from one place.
Real-time Editing: With real-time editing, you can see changes as you make them. This instant feedback helps you design more efficiently and ensures that your page looks exactly how you want it to.
Version Control: Some page builders offer version control, allowing you to save different versions of your page and revert to a previous version if needed.
User Permissions: You can manage user permissions to control who can edit and publish content on your site. This is especially useful for larger teams.
These functions make page builders a powerful tool for creating professional-looking websites quickly and easily.
5 Transfer of personal data
All data is stored on one of our servers in Switzerland. Your personal data may be passed on to our group companies as well as to external service providers for the purpose of fulfilling contracts. In the process, data is also transferred to the EU (Germany, Ireland and the Netherlands). We select our service providers carefully and ensure contractually that they only process your data as we would be permitted to do so.
6 Automated decision making and profiling
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling (Art. 22 DSGVO if applicable) to establish or carry out our business relationships.
7 Retention period and deletion of personal data
Your personal data will remain with us until you request its removal, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your inquiry). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected. After expiration of the retention period, the personal data will be deleted or anonymized.
8 Data subject rights
8.1 Right to data portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another responsible party, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.
8.2 Information, blocking, deletion and correction
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing and, if necessary, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. For this purpose, as well as for further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time at the address given in section 2.
8.3 Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. To do this, you can contact us at any time at the address given in Section 2.
8.4 Revocation of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke your consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal communication by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
8.5 Right to object to data collection
If your personal data is processed for the purpose of direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such marketing; this also applies to profiling, insofar as it is associated with such direct marketing. If you object, your personal data will subsequently no longer be used for the purpose of direct advertising (objection pursuant to Art. 21 (2) DSGVO, if applicable).
8.6 Right to complain to the competent supervisory authority.
In the event of violations of the DPA or, if applicable, the GDPR, the data subjects have a right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority. The right of appeal is without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.
