- Foundation of the company by Dr. Martin Andermatt and Dr. Isabel Andermatt (major shareholders of the Andermatt Group)
- Start production and first registration of a baculovirus products for food production (MADEX)
1989
Start production of entomopathogenic nematodes
1991
Start distribution of third-parties technologies (plant protection and macro-organisms) in Switzerland
1992
Innovation prize, awarded by the Chamber of Commerce of Central Switzerland
